I'm not sure I'd describe the way I've been feeling lately as depressed, but I'm not sure that I wouldn't, either. Most of 2004 has been spent in a sort of vague, energy-draining melancholia. I'm resolving to pay more attention to the vitamins I've been ignoring, as well as a few herbal supplements which have helped in the past. (This'll include going out to find some good St. John's Wort later today, I suspect.) This is a particular free-floating angst I'm unfortunately familiar with, brought on by real stress and drawn out into an ongoing miasma.

I'l have more, less angsty things to say soon, though. I need to get back into the swing of writing here again (in no small part to get back into the swing of writing, period, since my fickle muse tends to feed on self-reflection). I figured on my way into work -- I'm back at Global Locate for a very short (two-week) contract -- I'd drop off the little journal note I've been meaning to write for, well, about a week.
